Terms and Conditions *

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to all Young artists, both amateurs and professionals.

Only photography, digital art, drawings, Sketching, posters, traditional paintings and art & craft are eligible (video submissions are excluded).

The competition is all india participants and open to participants worldwide.

2. Submission Requirements

Artwork files must be in JPEG, PNG, PDF, format.

Artists must be 3 plus to 20 years old to participate.

MUDIUM: Use any medium of your choice.

SIZE: Any Free Size.

3. Maximum Submission

You can submit a maximum of 3 artwork.

4. Subject / Themes /Category

You have The Freedom to select your Group subjects or theme.

Group A : Age 3 to 6 Year.

Group B : Age 7 to 12 Year.

Group C : Age 13 to 20 Year.

Group D : 20 + to open to All Age . but Particular Competitions only.

5. Originality

All drawings and paintings must be hand-drawn; computer-generated displays are not allowed.

Artists should write their name on the artwork.

Artists should be compulsory their photograph with your artwork.

You artwork must be your own original concept and not a copy of anyone else's copyrighted materials.

You may only submit your own artworks that you, personally created.

(We reserve the right to demand proof that is your original artwork created solely by you. if it's not the entry will be disqualified.)

6. Submission Deadline

The submission your artwork period begins on 1st April 2024 at 08:00 am and ends on 1st July 2024 at 12 pm.

Applications submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

7. Judgement's

The criteria used to judge the different mediums will vary per medium. Overall, here are some of the criteria used in the jurying process: Composition, Content, Line, textures, (both visual and physical), Movement or Flow, values, Technical Skill and last but not least, art that tells a story, evoking a specific material (If your image infringes upon anther's copyright it will be disqualified)

Applications submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

The decision of the jury and the judge is final.

8. Selection and Prizes

Selected artworks will enter public voting for the online Rangchitran gallery collection.

Winners will be celebrated during an Online Exhibition at the India.

9. Make sure that your artwork is signed 

Make sure that your artwork is signed and that the signature is visible in the image you upload.

10. Postponed Date

If for some reason the date of the competition gets postponed, we will update you.
